Congregate by Breanne in New York

Congregate

To capture the community that this was painted in, I had 10 people pose in this mural depicting their personalities. This is designed to engage people to pose in front of this space for pictures and engagement. I utilized color to integrate the subjects into the background to depict how we are part of the larger picture but still maintain our individuality. I used the orange line as a way of symbolizing the roots of indigenous culture that is the baseline of what ties us together. The upside down rainbow gives the impression of moving, because we are almost there, we just have to turn it around.
