"Explore the vibrant transformation captured in the breathtaking mural overseen by Amanda at 'Heart on the Terrace.' Collaborating closely with the community, we embarked on a creative journey delving into the butterfly effect within forgotten ex-mining villages, where high crime and low employment rates prevail. Together, we envisioned a mural that not only reflected the metamorphosis of these communities but also symbolized hope and resilience. Engaging community children in the design process, we witnessed a kaleidoscope of ideas come to life, each representing the transformative power of unity and imagination. The journey of creating this mural was one filled with color, love, joy, connection, and meaningful interaction, reflecting the essence of our collective spirit and commitment to positive change." The children learned how to transform their ideas onto a large scale mural that was spray painted onto the exterior of the shop. The whole process was guided and overseen by Amanda .

Tena, EcuadorFrom a young age, I discovered my artistic talents and honed my skills in drawing and painting. Throughout my school and university days, I delved into the technical aspects of these arts. However, it was after graduation that I truly found my calling in visionary, graphic, abstract, and mural art. In 1999, I became an Art & Design teacher. This rewarding experience allowed me to share my passion and knowledge with aspiring artists. But my artistic soul craved more. In pursuit of my dreams, I travelled the world painting murals and I have just recently returned from an 18 month mural expedition of South and Central America. I create distinctive art pieces that burst with energy and vibrancy. Each stroke on the wall brings my vision to life with an explosion of texture, colour and love.
