After living in the Blue Mountains for the past 15 years, I have realised that nature can have a very positive impact on our lives. Research has shown that being surrounded by nature helps us reduce stress and anxiety as well as increases our attention, creativity and ability to connect with other people. My work is about celebrating local flora and fauna.
