Butterfly Noir 2021

‘Butterfly Noir,’ 2021, Seaford, 2021, Frankston City Council The cluster of shops on Armstrongs Road in Seaford are delightful - a coffee roaster, old school milk bar and an ethical fashion shop shrouded in suburban life. Frankston City Council commissioned me to create an interactive butterfly mural, and I made it my own. Coffee sprigs, strelitzia Nicholai, tulips, wattle and wax flowers make this mural lush and bright against its black backdrop. ‘Butterfly Noir,’ 3m x 2.7m (plus additions), Armstrongs Road Shops, Seaford. Using Dulux Exterior Paint.
