Bolderwood Sanctuary by KamilWojArt in Christchurch
Bolderwood Sanctuary
This piece was painted by myself on the 13th of November 2024 in the heart of New Forest National Park in UK.
It is painted in alla-prima oil technique ( at one go or wet-on-wet) .
The intention was to capture the view at the particular day.
The freshness of that lovely autumn afternoon was captured straight away on canvas.
No additional work and corrections were made in studio.
It’s a raw landscape outdoor painting.
I hope you like it.
Medium: oil paint
Collection: landscape
Meet the Artist
Christchurch, United KingdomI work mainly on oil. Also I like working with charcoals , pencils, pastels and acrylic.
I use high quality paint, mediums and canvas or other surfaces such as wood or professional acid free paper. My works can be varnished on request free of charge.
With a passion for painting that ignited at the age of 20 I embarked on a self-taught artistic journey. After originally been working as a musician I have also found painting & drawing to be another form of art self-expression. I've been influenced by 19th and early 20th century artists of impressionism, post impressionism and fauvism, I also admire Utrecht Caravaggionists. I try to use many styles I'm still the searching artist. My artworks reflect own life experiences or emotions.
