Bringing Colour & Community Spirit to Mitcham :
I had the incredible opportunity to transform a basketball court in Mitcham, London, into a vibrant and energising space for the local community. This project wasn’t just about painting—it was about creating a place that invites people to gather, play, and feel proud of their neighbourhood.
I designed and painted both the court floor and the surrounding brick wall, using bold, dynamic shapes and colours that reflect movement, unity, and joy.
The mural now brings life to the area, making it more than just a sports space—it’s a visual landmark and a celebration of community identity.
Art has the power to uplift and connect, and this project is a perfect example of how creativity can turn a public space into something memorable, meaningful, and truly alive.
