With 10+ years experience in freelance design contracts and diversity consultations Ashley has a roster of clients (Ex: The Canadian Under 25 National Rifle Team) and formative, leadership experience in roles that include Project Leader, Event Host, Workshop facilitation and public speaking. = = = Previously a staff member of the Indigenous Office at CBC/Radio-Canada, my role involved the senior administration of the National Indigenous Strategy, a cornerstone initiative launched in early 2024. With a mission to facilitate and strengthen connections with Indigenous communities, I applied the Prosci ADKAR model to ensure the success and sustainability necessary for development and early implemention of the strategy's 49 actions.
