Ashes to Honey
“Ashes to Honey” is a deeply personal representational painting about California in the wake of devastating wildfires. Red poppies and pink bougainvillea bloom from a vase painted with ocean waves, palm trees, and golden hills—symbols of the state’s beauty and resilience. Created in response to climate crisis and loss, this piece turns grief into a message of regeneration and hope. Portions of the sale's proceeds will go towards wildfire recovery efforts.
