Arts Bar Merchandise Branding Design
As the branding designer and mural artist for the Liverpool Arts Bar, Molly has had the distinct pleasure of visually encapsulating the essence of this artistic haven. Founded by a dynamic collective of creatives in 2019, the Arts Bar has quickly become a cornerstone of the Liverpool art scene, offering a vibrant platform for grassroots talent.
Molly's murals adorn the walls of this cultural hub, serving as a backdrop to the array of events and performances that bring the space to life. Each stroke of her brush contributes to an atmosphere that both inspires and welcomes the diverse array of artists and patrons who gather here.
In creating a visual identity for the Arts Bar, Molly has aimed to reflect the passion and creativity that pulse through its every corner. As an artist, she has found it a privilege to contribute to a venue that so fervently supports and showcases the arts, and to work alongside a team as passionate about their craft as she is about hers.
Meet the Artist
Bristol, United KingdomUsing the world as her canvas, Molly— working under the name Molly Mural — evokes joy and positivity with her signature bold and colourful cut-out shapes and patterns. Inspired by natural forms and movement, Molly’s art spans entire building murals, basketball courts, and streets to set design, interiors and fashion.
Based in Berlin and Bristol, Molly is passionate about making art accessible and bringing communities together in playful optimism. With a background in theatre, Molly designs large-scale public art that invites conversations and connection. Molly regularly collaborates with brands and organisations working to make the world a better place, and her murals can be seen across cities in the UK and internationally in Mexico, India, Colombia and throughout Europe.
High-profile projects include Molly’s vibrant transformation of the UK’s first 3x3 Basketball Court in Essex, the Sparkasse Bank in Flensburg and her series of painted houses in Bristol. Molly’s work has been featured on Sky Sports, Design Week and Observer Magazine, and she has worked with UK leading brands including Lucy & Yak, Fat Face, Girls Who Grind Coffee and Surfers Against Sewage.
