Art & Mindfulness workshop in Trim
A 2.5 hours workshop with kids from Trim Family Resource Centre TFRC. Each participant made their own mandala on their vision board with collage art.

Meet the Artist
Dublin, IrelandHello, I Am Aruana, I’m based in Drogheda but I can travel for work anywhere in the country.
I’m a Holistic Artist and an Energy Healer, I paint murals and glass bottles, I create handcrafted collage art and I facilitate Well-being & Creative workshops for adults and kids, as well as hosting Women’s Circle Retreats (meditation, healing, manifestation, vision board collage).
Main clients I worked with are Irish Rail (at stations: Newbridge, Howth Juntcion and Donaghmede, and Kilbarrack), Arthur Cox Solicitors, Bank of Ireland, My Heart Matters campaign, Smithwicks Experience alongside Signs by Oner and more, as well as private commissions.
