Working in many different areas to feed my constant curiosity for artistic expression including; Textile Design, Illustration, Art Directing, Prosthetics and Makeup for film; which have all led up to my arrival in the mural scene. The influences of these phases of my artistic career have add up to my adaptable and dynamic style and process. Taking Influence from nature, mythology, sacred geometry, comics and animation, much of my work is inspired by a Wabi-sabi aesthetic. I aim to draw you into an ethereal and surreal world filled with surreal botanicals, embellished with painterly strokes and delicate line work. I distort the lines of realism in many of my botanicals through a series of mediums, such as washes of inks, spray paint, acrylic and watercolour mixed with layers of patterns.
