The American Heart Association visited five states to try to understand the challenges of access to care and health care quality, and how communities are working to overcome them. The documentary series highlights regenerative farming in Kansas, community health aides in Alaska, AED access in North Dakota, educating neighbors in West Virginia and recruiting rural doctors in Kentucky.
