Afternoon by Charlestown by R. A. Whitworth in Radstock

Rebecca explores the diversity of colour, light and energy in a painting. From the African blooms of rosy light over the Savannah to the tranquil temper of an evening on the coast. As well as wildlife and landscapes, she is adept at portraiture, having also completed commissions to include formal portraits of a mayor and family to those less formal also. In January 2022, she participated as a wildcard in the first episode of Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year, following an appearance as a contestant in Art Battle in Bristol competing for a place in the finals. As a person, she can be described as good humoured and well natured, always striving to put in 100% into everything she does.
