This mural was part of a multi-mural project for a local elementary school. This school allows each grade to focus on one continent during the school year. I worked with students and faculty to create continent based murals with each featuring indigenous animals, plants and items throughout each mural. I used latex paint and brushes to complete this project. Size: 40’x9’.
Meet the Artist
Houston, United StatesI am a Houston based artist working in multiple mediums and styles. I’m a studio artist with a focus on abstract expressionism and text based works although I’ve created works in all styles from abstract to portrait and a bit of everything in between. I also create large scale murals outside of the studio on just about any kind of surface. From large-scale commercial work to small, intimate personal commissions, I can do it all.
