I am a curious ambivalent person who is always intrigued about the surroundings, and who keeps interrelating every aspect, every happening, object or experience in life process, through perceptions. I mindfully capture these through my art. Each work creates a record of what, how, when and why I perceive my reality 'that way'.
My practice is always in a state of flux. I cultivate singular, explicit forms and surreal diagrams in my works, recording concepts and experiences, and the conscious-subconscious life patterns. My work corresponds with the notions of human visual perceptive assets, nature of thought and experience, plant-human visual relation, Pareidolia (a tendency of ‘seeing’ faces) and anthropomorphism.
My works also incorporate a unique realm of fantasy and imagination, delving into one's inner world.
The media I use ranges from paper maché using recycled paper pulp, fiber, embroidery on worn-out fabric, the traditional watercolour, pastels, oils and acrylics, to the digital renditions of my explorations.
I feel, working in a single medium restricts our creative process. Each idea manifests in its way through us and chooses it's 'medium' instinctively throughout the process. I use art to enrich my sense of reality and the world around me.
