This piece was designed and painted by Rebecca Pry for the NY based company, GC Optics. Rebecca completed this mural in 2.5 days, and it provides a pop of color and personality to the storeroom. The owners of GC Optics have told Rebecca that people come in from the street in order to see the mural up close!

Meet the Artist
Providence, United StatesI am a muralist, illustrator, and designer based in Providence, RI. I have had a varied career illustrating books with the publishers Harper Collins, Cider Mill Press, and Whalen Book Works ; designed patterns, accessories and graphics, and product design for Carters & OshKosh, Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Joann Fabrics, and Michaels craft stores; and have designed and painted murals for commercial and residential properties all over the country.
My fun and whimsical style is approachable for a wide range in ages, and I'm able to adjust my style based on the needs of the client. I work well on tight deadlines and am a very energetic and enthusiastic artist to work with! I love all things nature and find inspiration in the outdoors as well as creating art that is focused on themes of self discovery, empowerment, and not taking yourself too seriously.
