A wave of paradise
I created this design on the island of Zanzibar in Tanzania. The background was painted to convey the waves of energy that this family- owned hotel is known to represent. The colour palette was intentionally done in a way to flow with it’s natural surroundings, and give the impression of beach life. Zanzibar is known for its wildlife turtle species, and so combining that with all the other aspects that this island has to offer by including that in the shells really made the mural come together. My client & hotel guests were incredibly happy with this outcome!

Utrecht, NetherlandsI am a freelance artist looking for new creative opportunities all over the world. In the last 5 years, I’ve created mural artworks around India, Portugal, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Tanzania for clients such as cafes, hostels, tourism operators and private commissions too. Creating art brings me so much joy, seeing the collaborative ideas of myself and my client come together. My style is diverse and non- specific, as I really lean into the project and what style would suit my client best. I design concepts based off of creative conversations and inspiration online.
