A Nevada Still Life
This mural was created on the side of an antiques & collectibles shop in Nevada's Capital, Carson City. I created it as part of Carson City's 2024 mural festival. The objects found within the still life relate to some items I found and sketched inside the shop, as well as some famous Nevada historic references.
Meet the Artist
Reno, United StatesI am a Reno based artist specializing in contemporary ink + acrylic paintings, interior and exterior murals, and live painting for special events and business functions. I have traveled and worked as an independent artist around the globe since 2009 in places such as Australia, South Korea, Mexico, and all across the U.S. Common subjects of my artworks include impressionistic landscapes, figurative portraits, architectural cityscapes, and abstracted landscapes and still life's. I often paint with minimal color palettes and focus on creating as much movement and life into a piece as possible.
