"Yarning Pit Mosaic Workshop" for West Belconnen Child and Family Centre.

I facilitated a Mosaic workshop for the West Belconnen C&FC Strong Womans' Group Yarning Pit project. The theme for the design of the Yarning Pit was the migration of the Bogong Moth. Over several weeks we met up and I lead the group through the process of design and making with mosaics. My colleague Linda Davies joined me to create ceramic icons with the group, which we added. The directors and staff also participated and added a stone center piece representational of the watering hole or Meeting Place.
