"Halloween for Mother's Day"
My client had messaged me asking for a portrait painting of his family as a Mother's Day gift for his wife. He sent me some photos of his wife's art and some other decor they had around the house as inspiration for the background. We worked on a few sketches of different photos he thought would look nice before settling on one of his wife and son dressed up for Halloween.

Austin, United StatesEmma Strohl mainly works with fantasy, psychedelic, and surrealism themes, but is incredibly versatile between mediums and subject matter. A self-taught artist, Emma has developed her style, skills, and artistic message, organically through life experiences. Emma won 1st place in Bethlehem Pride’s Live Painting Competition and had her first solo exhibition among many other artistic displays in her home state of Pennsylvania. She's recently moved to Texas to continue sharing her art and embed herself in Austin’s art community.
