"Forward" by Ben Summers in London

I am a British painter, mixed media artist, and muralist. My early creative cues arose from graphic novels, noir films, street art, album cover art, and the natural world. Over the years, I've channeled these influences into exploring the cause-and-effect relationship we have with our surrounding environment, and the evolving physical and spiritual processes behind change. I mix adapted fantastical images with real-world symbolism, where colors and tones are central to the process, resulting in often cinematic effects. To date, I'm grateful to have collaborated with theatre directors, gallerists, musicians, festival producers, club promoters, dancers, startups, and business leaders.
