What is Book An Artist Pay?
Your payments are kept safe and secure in escrow, eliminating the need to share personal banking details. The payment can be seen and acknowledged by both parties. As the customer, you have the ability to release payments at different completed stages of a project – from deposit to final payment. When the artist completes your project, you can release the remaining balance from escrow to the artist. The artist receives payments within 2-5 business days.
Artists using Book An Artist do not work for Book An Artist, but use our services. Should your artwork not be completed or delivered, contact Book An Artist and we will step in. Since the payment remains in the secure escrow account it makes it easier to retrieve and refund your payment.
How do I receive my artwork?
Artists will require a deposit before commencing work on your project. Some will request payment prior to delivery and others will request final payment upon finishing the artwork. If your artwork is being sent by post, request tracking information in order to follow your package. We recommend paying any final fees into Book An Artist Pay and releasing them once you’ve received your artwork or it has been completed.
