Having worked in various industries and positions throughout the years, particularly in the hospitality business, I understand how important it is to have shared and playful experiences in order to really unite a team and to reinforce common goals within the workplace. What's so great about spraypainting exercices is that it is creative, skillbased, technical, and interactive yet it is accessible to all ages... but most importantly it's loads of FUN!

Participative Mural Commission
Throughout my travels and experiences as a youthworker and co-creative artist in schools or on the streets, I have develloped a unique method of working on a mural with and for the community. The goal is that in the end the artwork would be the result of a dialogue between artist and locals and could either be centered on a specific theme (ecological concerns, social issues, race gender and equality...) or just a playful expression of shared creativity, while esthetically living up to professional mural standards. In any case, participants get a chance to not only look "behind the curtain" of a professional illustrative mural production, from design to completion, they actually get to collaborate at every level with the artist! This project structure is perfectly adaptable to all ages and can actually be a great tool to encourage intergenerational discourse.
