I create because I can’t remember a time when I didn’t. Painting and drawing have been my thing since I was born—my first language and my steady therapy. When the world gets loud, I go quiet with a brush or a pencil. The page listens. In color and line, I find balance. My art is about feeling. I want it to evoke emotion before it explains itself—joy, ache, wonder, and the small breath between them. I’m drawn to stories hidden in everyday moments, and I try to translate those into textures, light, and movement you can almost hear. I’m as guided by training as I am by instinct. I hold a bachelor’s in Graphic Design and Marketing and a bachelor’s in Interior Design and Decorating, and that blend shapes how I work: graphic clarity with emotional depth; purposeful storytelling with an eye for space, scale, and negative space. I think about how a viewer moves through an image the way I think about how a person moves through a room—where the eye rests, where it thrills, where it exhales. I create to connect. If my work lets someone pause, remember, or simply feel seen, then the painting has done its job—and so have I.
