Henry was born on January 26, 1996, in Denver, CO. At the age of three his family moved to Indianapolis, IN. He attended high school at Lawrence Central, graduating in 2014. The following spring he began classes at ivy tech community college. After two semesters he transferred to the Herron School of art and design to study Drawing and Illustration. Henry would progress through the majority of his bachelor's program until the Covid-19 pandemic.
Henry has showcased his artwork at Heal, a DIY art and music venue in Indianapolis. Henry has exhibited his BFA thesis work at the Murphy Arts Center in the reemerging Fountain Square art scene of Indianapolis. His exhibit “Hobo Wizard”, explores the makings of the world with his vivid imagination, personal experience and the knowledge gained during his four years at Herron. Around the time of his Thesis Exhibition, Henry had smaller works on display at The Foundry, a coffee shop not far from the original building for the Herron School of Art. In 2023, Henry taught two workshops on imagination. The first workshop was for the artists in residence at The Untrained Edit. The second workshop was for the Alabama Art Educators Association Conference at the Wiregrass Museum of Art. His most recent showing is a pop-up show at his residence in Dothan, AL titled, ‘The End: Collected works 2019-present’. The open house showcased important works, finished and in progress, from 2019 to the current works at the time of the open house.
