Meet the Artist
Kansas City, United StatesMelissa located in Kansas City and Chicago has been creating muralist paintings both locally and internationally since 2000. Melissa work has taken her nationwide from New Mexico to Florida to California and Chicago.
Melissa's first mural was created in Florida where she created an Italian vineyard located in a residential Lanai. She continuously paints in local and international festivals.
Her first commercial muralist painting is located at The American Legion hall and is still standing today with no deprecation 25 years later. Her latest murals are located at independently owned and franchises such as Priority Care Pediatrics, IHOP, Swimwear Solutions, Walmart, The American Legion Hall, The City of Parkville and much more.
Melissa is a masters level educated artist; she applied her training to mastering the skill of exterior wall painting using multiple mediums including solvent based material, spray paint, oil and acrylic paint.
Melissa works with a design team to create concepts relative to every business’s advertising and marketing goals. Whether a City Procurement officer has contracted her to create a cityscape to invoke pride, restore a mural or a local restaurant is wanting to increase revenue Melissa's versatile creations appeal to all genres and styles of art.
