“Olladas ao Mar” is a series of 7 coastal murals created along Monteferro, Nigrán, an area I have been visiting since childhood and feel deeply connected to.
The project features blue-toned female portraits inspired by the sea, designed to connect each wall with the surrounding coastal landscape while bringing new life to deteriorated surfaces.
Each mural is also linked through a QR code system, allowing viewers to access the route online and follow the works via an interactive map, creating a walking experience that connects all the pieces.
Through this series, I aimed to create a visual thread between art, place, and community, transforming everyday walls into a route that invites people to experience the area in a different way.
I’m a mural and visual artist originally from Spain, now based in Australia. Over the past seven years, I’ve painted murals across various parts of Europe, working on public, community and commercial projects in urban and outdoor settings. Recently relocating to Australia has been an exciting new chapter for me, and I’m motivated to continue expanding my practice here while bringing an international perspective to the spaces and clients I work with.
My background in graphic design and graffiti shaped the way I approach my work. I enjoy combining realistic elements, especially human figures, with expressive colour palettes, abstract forms and natural references. I’m particularly inspired by my surroundings, whether that’s an urban environment, a coastal landscape or the everyday life of a neighbourhood. I always aim for my murals to feel integrated into their setting, enhancing the space rather than overpowering it.
I work on a wide range of projects, from artistic and community-driven murals to more corporate or commercial commissions for businesses, hospitality venues and public-facing spaces. I value clear communication and collaboration, taking the time to understand what a client wants to achieve and translating that into a strong visual concept with a clear identity. My goal is always to deliver work that is visually striking, durable and aligned with the purpose of the space.
What I love most about creating murals is the impact they have beyond the artwork itself. A mural can change how a place feels, how people experience it and how a business or community is perceived. Whether the project is expressive and artistic or more structured and brand-focused, I bring the same level of care, professionalism and attention to detail to every wall I paint.
