City Sounds Public Art Pianos by Chandler Condon in Denver

I based my creative process for this project on maintaining the vibrancy of the colors in the varying elements. First, I sanded the piano for a tooth to hold the primer. I painted on primer, and touched up edges and corners with a spray on primer. After the primer was even, I spray painted the gradient background and stenciled on the larger shapes. Next I painted on details. Finally, I applied 3 layers of sealant. My pianos have received People’s Choice Award.
