A large mural on a corrugated iron shutter near SWG3 in Glasgow. This project was really a chance for me to explore using the brightest colours to flow from the artworks close by, this project also gave me a chance to explore different use of patterns with gradients. The instagrammers love to pose infront of this one, which I love.
Hi, I’m Lewi Quinn—an artist, designer, and mural painter based in Glasgow, working across London and the UK. I create large and small-scale artworks that blend harmonious colour palettes, balancing soft pastels with bold brights to produce sophisticated, dynamic compositions. My work often integrates abstract forms and typography, transforming spaces with a refined yet expressive aesthetic.
Drawing inspiration from the ever-changing beauty of the sky—clouds, sunsets, shifting light, and atmospheric subtleties—I seek to bring a sense of wonder and vibrancy to urban and interior spaces. My murals can be found in homes, bars, restaurants, and large-scale public spaces, with recent commissions including projects for FirstBus, Auchentoshan Whisky, and NHS CAMHS Dundee. I also have extensive experience in community engagement, running workshops that involve local people in the creative process, such as my work on the Winchburgh Marina mural.
I’m passionate about working collaboratively and bring a warm, approachable energy to every project. If you’re interested in a commission or collaboration, don’t hesitate to say hi!
