Abstract-Realism Portrait "Presence" Original Oil and Acrylic Painting on Canvas

My client commissioned this piece and requested a striking portrait with blues, silvers and navy blues. This artwork represents the emotional state of "presence" and is a visual reminder to choose peace, gratitude and to focus on whats important to you. To begin this artwork, I first created an abstract layer with soft acrylic brush strokes, I then began to layer different blue hues and silvers in thicker, bold strokes upon the first layers. I the used oil paint to paint the women in the portrait to create a mesmerizing expression.
